Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Sully’s Essence. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return guidelines:

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sullysessence@gmail.com. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at sullysessence@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
